Juke Harp Tab
This is very much simplified version Juke, and it is good practice for a beginner. Walter seems to have played it with an interval on the 6 blow to punch it up, but this version is good enough for getting started.
If you arrived here from a link from a site using this as an example of what is wrong with my tab, just remember that the tab here is all free. Some of it is good and some is less so. If you want detailed and accurate tab for a blues song then refer to my analysis of Sonny Boy's "Help Me". As long as Adam sent you here, look around and I think you'll find some useful and interesting tab.
Also, ask yourself if having a note play when you mouse over it is more helpful than snarky comments from someone who is trying to make money from you.
(I've talked to Adam, and he is a nice guy, however, the link and comment are hurtful.)
This is an exercise in Javascript. This page is generated dynamically through JavaScript to show the tab for the first 12 bars of Little Walter's Juke.
I haven't made up the tab graphics for overblows and the blow bends, so if you see a bad image, you can right click on it for clue as to what it's supposed to be.
I some cases (like first position low octave) the notes go off the harp so I add an octave to keep the notes on the harp.
This is good for learning new positions and places on the harp.
By clicking on the options here you can see how the tab looks in a other positions and places on the harp.
I am looking for other songs to run through this java script and I hope to get another few done soon.
