Great American Guitar Show
at Fort Washington PA

The biggest show around here is the Philly guitar show. It's 2-1/2 hours there and back, but I manage to go each year and find somehting. I picked up a box of Turner u9s and 999 mics there. I found an old Shure with a nice 1940's Controlled Reluctance element for only $20 and a Gisbon Les Pau Jr. (without the chassis) for $40.
I saw lot of nice Premiers and old tweeds. Here are some pics. This year I got the email address of the sellers in case you want to see if you can negotiate a good price.

A nice 76. They wanted $300. I've seen them cheaper on eBay. They wanted my
best offer, but by the time I saw it I had only $40 left. KBJ Music - Bob and

This was a neat 110 in good condition and a newer model 90.

This 120 looked good. They wanted $300 for it, but I would guess its worth around

I saw this stereo Gibson being sold by a walk-in. You can sometimes get a good
deal this way. He wanted $1000 for it, but I would guess that the eBay price

Here's a bevy of old fenders. The 1959 bassman in almost mint condition was priced at $7500. The price is always way ahead of the size of my pocketbook.
